All rules, regulations, and payoffs contained herein are subject to change and revision by the management of Parlay Card Sportsbook Betting without prior notice. Taxes

Parlay Card Sportsbook Betting will not disclose details of individual's net winnings or losses. This is the responsibility of the individual, and if you reside in a jurisdiction where your winnings are taxable you must keep track of those winnings and report them to the proper authorities.

Discrepancies/Disputes

Account balances must be verified by the customer on each call or Internet log-on prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your account balance you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims. Termination of Agreement

Password

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and your password. Should you inadvertently let someone else know your password you shall contact Parlay Card Sportsbook Betting immediately and change your password. Customers are responsible for any unauthorized use of their account. In the event that a third party places a bet or is thought to have placed a bet, said bet shall be valid, whether or not the alleged third party had the prior consent or knowledge of the customer. Under no circumstances will any bet be cancelled for that reason. In the event that a customer suspects that a third party may have it's password or username, the customer may at anytime ask that Parlay Card Sportsbook Betting furnish the customer with a new password and username. Withdrawing Funds

Any amount withdrawn by the user shall be forwarded to the user immediately. Funds can be withdrawn using Neteller, PayPal, wire transfer or check at any time. Only one withdrawal is allowed per week. Additional withdrawals within a one week time period will be charged a nominal fee. We reserve the right to request additional forms of identification before sending a withdrawal. No player will receive a payment in excess of $100,000 in any one given month. Confidentiality

7.Parlay Card Sportsbook Bettingwill not be liable in the following scenarios:

• in the event of force majeure

• in the failure of ParlayCard.com's central computer system or any part thereof

• for delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system

• for any loss as a result of any act of God

• for an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism

• for the acts of Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent)

• for fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind

8.Parlay Card Sportsbook Betting. and the player shall not commit or purport to commit the other to honor any obligation other than is specifically provided for by these Rules.

9.Parlay Card Sportsbook Bettingaccepts no liability for any damages, which may be caused to the user by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet.

10. These Rules constitute the entire Agreement and understanding between Parlay Card Sportsbook Betting and the customer. In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version the English language version will be deemed to be correct.

11. Management reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager.

Sporting Events

Las Vegas rules, regulations, payoffs and wager types apply where not covered herein. All sporting events must be played on date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. Sporting events postponed by more than 12 hours and or rescheduled, will constitute "No Action," and all money will be credited accordingly. All bets must be made and accepted, before the start of the game/event wagered. Any bet placed or received after the start of the game/event wagered, will be void. Customers are not permitted to open multiple accounts in order to bypass the limits imposed by the system. If multiple accounts are used then all bets will be void. In the event that money is erroneously credited to a customer's account, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify Parlay Card Sportsbook Betting of the aforesaid error without delay. Any winnings realized after the error, whether directly or indirectly subsequent to the error but prior to notification of Parlay Card Sportsbook Betting, shall be void. Parlay Card Sportsbook Betting does not recognize suspended games, protests, scoring amendments, result reversals and overturned decisions for wagering purposes. Winners and losers are official after:

• Basketball - NBA - 43 minutes of play
