  • Lightning add F Moore

Tampa, FL (Sports Network) - The Tampa Bay Lightning signed free agent forward Dominic Moore to a two-year contract on Friday.

The 29-year-old spent last season split between the Panthers and Canadiens, tallying 10 goals and 28 points in 69 games. In 19 playoff contests, he added four goals and five points.

"Dominic's skating ability, strength on face-offs and versatility will be a great edition to our lineup," said Tampa general manager Steve Yzerman. "We're pleased to welcome him to the organization." A journeyman since he was selected in the third round by the New York Rangers in the 2000 draft, Moore has compiled 45 goals and 128 points in 374 NHL games with the Rangers, Penguins, Wild, Maple Leafs, Sabres, Panthers and Canadiens.
