• Sun handle Mystics

  Uncasville, CT (Sports Network) - Asjha Jones scored 23 points and Renee Montgomery added 17 off the bench in an 88-78 Connecticut Sun victory over the Washington Mystics.

  Tina Charles recorded 15 points and secured a team-high nine rebounds while Kara Lawson and Tan White chipped in 11 and 10 points, respectively, for the Sun, who halted a two-game slide.

  Crystal Langhorne registered 23 points and six rebounds for Washington, which has dropped two in a row and four of five overall. Monique Currie added 18 points and nine boards in the loss.
