Tournament Rules

  • The house rules will prevail over any situation not covered in the �tournament rules�. In the event of a tie, the prize will may be divided equally between the tying players.

  • All players are entitled a maximum of two 1st-2nd-3rd Place Qualifier Round & 1st-2nd-3rd Place Final Round winning every 30 days, effective as 08/01/07.

  • All players are entitled to unlimited qualifying round prizes per event.

  • The official tournament language is English.

  • Open or Parked entries for more than one hour will be voided and disqualified from the daily qualifying round or event.

  • All tournament chips are for tournament use only.

  • An entry will be completed if either the chip count goes to $0 or 50 hands are played.

  • All �Promotional� or �Comped� entries awarded expire by midnight. Expired entries will not be re-issued or are retroactive.

  • Players may purchase as many re-buys as they desire, the more times you re-buy tournament entries the greater the opportunity to succeed to the �Final Round�.

  • It is the �Players� responsibility in communicating his/hers preferred action with the �Dealer�. No exceptions will be made.

  • All disputes must be directed to the Tournament Management Dept.

  • Each player will receive 1,000 in tournament chips at the beginning of each round.

  • Minimum bet of 1 and a maximum bet of 100.

  • If a player has less than the minimum bet remaining, the player will automatically be eliminated from play.

  • You must play all 50 hands for your entry to qualify prior to midnight the same day. There is a hand indicator visible at the top of the game window.

  • Split hands are considered additional hands.

  • Registration ends one hour prior to the close of the qualifying round or tournament day.

  • Entry must be completed before the Qualifying event day ends or it will automatically forfeit.

  • Player must play all hands for score to be considered final. Any score where all 50 hands are not played will be voided.

  • Unlimited Re buys are allowed; however only the highest score per player will be awarded.

  • Qualifier or Daily Round Winnings will be credited to player accounts within 12 hours the following day.

  • All Hats and Polo Shirts & Special prizes will be sent via UPS mail, allow 2-3 week delivery.

  • Casino Management will not be held responsible for �unknown addresses� lost or stolen mail prizes.

  • All �Final Round� Cash Prizes will be paid within 48 hours after end of Tournament Event.

  • Player abuse rules strictly enforced and applicable.

  • All registered purchased entries, may only be registered to one IP Address per household & account information. Multiple IP�s registers will be disqualified & banned from entering future tournaments.

Single Table Rules

  • The tournament will consist of a set number of hands

  • A specific number of decks will be used

  • Up to 8 players can sit at a table

  • The entry fee will vary and will be preset. (ex: range 10 to 100)

  • All entry fees will be paid out to the participants

  • A service fee of 10% will be paid to the house to participate in the event. (ex: A $10 tournament will have a service fee of $1).

  • You enter the game by going through the lobby and joining a tournament.

  • The game will start when the is full, or at a designated time by the administrator.

  • If you have entered a game and it does not start within 10 minutes of your entry, you may withdraw from the game and your account will be credited back with your full entry fee.

  • Once the number of hands has been established, the dealer will shuffle and deal one card to each player to determine who gets the �button� or who has to take action first.

  • Each player may bet between the minimum and the maximum allowed per hand and shall try to accumulate the most chips during the round.

  • If a player gets disconnected from the game, for any reason, he/she will automatically continue to make the minimum bet and will always hit on 11 or under and will always stand on 12 or over. The player may re-enter by going back to the lobby and reconnecting to the game. He/she will pick up the game in progress when he/she re-enters. If the game ends before re-entry, the player will be scored based on the rules above and could receive one of the prizes.
